Our existence hinges on energy, yet most of us are unaware of how to create more.

The amount of energy you put into your work directly affects the quality of the outcome. If you invest low energy, you'll receive low-energy results, but if you put in high energy, you'll get high-energy outcomes.

When you prioritize your energy, it will show in your work, and others will feel the same energy & enthusiasm you put in.

This, in turn, fuels them and their reactions energize you, enabling your work to reach more people. Therefore, it's crucial to live a high-energy life and create energy-giving work.

Similar to how we create a budget for our finances to avoid going broke, we also need an energy budget. Without an energy budget, our life force will be drained by hidden energy leaks, leaving us with nothing in the tank to pursue our goals. And There’s nothing better than energy created by achieving goals.

Still not convinced ? Let me share a example that most of you will be able to relate.

Do you ever wonder why when you get home from a job there’s this deep desire to watch Netflix or chill out on the couch?

It's not because you're physically tired from doing a lot of work. It's because you haven't done much towards the things that give you joy and meaning in life, and you haven't used your creativity much either.

But, how can we solve this? What’s the hidden source of energy that we are not tapping ?

Projects that being creativity out of you. I call them side kicks, because they give me a boost of energy.

They’re not designed to make you look cool or impress other people. Rather, they help you unleash your creativity and build up your energy reserves.

In my previous newsletters, I've talked about various topics such as flow states, structured thinking, and multitasking. But today, I want to share something different. I want to talk about something that gives me a lot of creative energy - my love for side projects.

As you may know, this newsletter is one of my solo projects. And it's not the first one. Over the years, I've worked on various small projects that have given me immense satisfaction and joy. These projects have ranged from building websites, writing blog posts, creating courses, and even developing games on social media. Some of them have even generated a little bit of revenue, but that's not the point.

The reason I love these projects is that they are my hidden sources of energy. They allow me to express my creativity, learn new skills, and explore new ideas. When I work on these projects, I'm in my own world, and I can fully immerse myself in the process without any distractions.

One of my favourite solo projects was a platform called StartupYar that I created a few years ago. It was a simple site that featured tools you require to build and scale a startup from scratch. To my surprise, the platform started to gain some recognition, and people started to share my interviews on social media. I even got a few emails from founders who found my platform helpful to list their own business. It was a small success, but it was enough to give me a boost of confidence and motivation to keep going.

Another solo project that I'm proud of is a udemy course that I created on blockchain & cryptocurrency. It was a beginners course, but it solved a real problem for the ones who want to learn, and people were happy with the result. It was a win-win situation, and it felt great to be able to help someone with my skills.

I'm sharing these examples with you not to brag but to show you that solo projects can be incredibly rewarding. They may not always generate revenue or recognition, but that's not the point either. The point is to do something that you love, something that gives you energy and fulfilment.

So, if you're feeling stuck or uninspired, I encourage you to start something that gives you energy. It could be anything from writing a blog post to creating a piece of art. The important thing is to start and to keep going, even if it's just for a few minutes each day.

That's it for today's newsletter. As always, I welcome your feedback and suggestions for future topics. Thank you for reading, and I'll see you in the next issue.
